How do I start a focus session?
Open the app and tap one of the quick timer options (15m, 25m, 45m, 60m) or set a custom duration. Then tap "Start Focus" to begin your session.
What are streaks?
A streak counts the consecutive days you've completed at least one focus session. The longer your streak, the higher the milestones you'll achieve!
How does Premium work?
Premium unlocks extended features: longer timers (up to 8 hours), custom presets, AI insights, ambient sounds, color themes, and an ad-free experience. Premium is available through in-app purchase only.
Can I cancel Premium?
Yes! Go to Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → ProFlow → Cancel. Your Premium access remains active until the end of your billing period.
Is my data synced?
When signed in with Google, your data is linked to your Google account. In guest mode, data is stored locally on your device only.
How do I use ambient sounds?
Ambient sounds are a Premium feature. Go to Settings → Ambient Sound and choose from rain, forest, ocean, night sounds, fireplace, and more. You can also upload your own audio files.
What happens if I cancel a session?
If you cancel a session after more than 30 seconds, the time is still saved (marked as "cancelled"). However, it won't count toward your streak.
How do I reset my data?
Go to Profile → Settings → "Clear All Data". Warning: This permanently deletes all your sessions, streaks, and settings!
Why can't guests purchase Premium?
Premium is linked to your Google account to ensure your subscription works across all your devices. Sign in with Google to use Premium.
