ProFlow is a productivity app designed to help users improve their focus through timed sessions, streak tracking, and goal management. The app offers both free and premium features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any data stored in the app. You agree to use ProFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
ProFlow offers premium features through in-app purchases. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is processed through your Google Play account.
Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled at any time through Google Play.
Premium subscriptions are linked to your Google account. If you sign in as a guest, you cannot purchase a premium subscription. This protects against misuse and ensures your subscription is available on all your devices.
All content, designs, graphics, and other materials in ProFlow are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
ProFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ProFlow.
Your use of ProFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue ProFlow at any time without prior notice. We may also update these terms periodically, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You may stop using ProFlow at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app for users who violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. German courts have jurisdiction for all disputes. The EU dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
